Tia Maria

"I remember enjoying this liqueur around Christmas time. I think it may be a contributing factor to me enjoying coffee."

Combine in large saucepan:

2 cups white sugar
3 tbsp. instant coffee
1 cup water

Heat above ingredients for 4-6 minutes maximum until it begins to bubble.

DO NOT BOIL!!

Remove foam that appears on cooled mixture.

Add 1 tsp. vanilla
1-26 oz. bottle LCBO alcohol.

Bottle.
