Raw Potato Cakes

2 eggs
2 cups grated raw potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
chopped onion, optional

Beat eggs, add potatoes and salt. Stir in flour and onion, form into patties and fry in hot fat. Turn to brown both sides.
