Pickled Eggs

Hard Boiled Eggs

Brine:
3 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling spice, tied in a bag

Carefully shell hard boiled eggs. Place eggs in hot sterilized jars. Bring brine to a boil and cover eggs with brine. Seal jars immediately.
