1 cup butter
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1-1/2 cup rolled oats
1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Combine butter and sugar. Beat and add egg. Add vanilla then remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, 10-12 minutes.
