Butter Cream Frosting

1/3 cup softened butter
2 cups sifted icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cream

Beat butter and 1/2 the icing sugar in large mixer bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light. Beat egg yolk. Add cream, vanilla and beaten egg. Slowly add remaining sugar and beat until smooth.
