Rhubarb Relish

Eloda Berkin

1 quart rhubarb
1 quart onions
1 pint vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 lbs. brown sugar

Boil 1-1/2 to 2 hours then bottle.
