Pickled Pork Hocks

Eloda Berkin

1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 stick cinnamon

Boil ingredients, for 5 minutes.

Boil hocks until tender.

Pack into bowl or crock and cover with hot liquor.
